“A Postcard Shower” – Examination of several lots of early 20th century postcards exploring how separate groups of people used postcards alongside and in place of letters. Current geographical foci: Iowa, Maine, New Hampshire, Ohio, and Tennessee.

“Change Management in a Changing Environment” – Observations on managing and adapting to change in the midst of unprecedented staff turnover.

Library documentation – various presentations/articles advocating for basic levels of documentation and regular updates as a means of facilitating integration and cooperation across multi-service point libraries, and preparing for long-term staff retirements.

“Establishing Historical Authenticity” – A case study of ways historians, historical editors, historical societies, reviewers, and readers evaluated and established the authenticity of early documents.
